By enrolling your child at Sishu Daycare and Learning Center, you agree to the following terms. These are subject to change with prior notice.
Fees are due on or before the 5th of each month. A one-month notice period is required for withdrawal. The enrollment form must be completed in full prior to your child's first day. All fee structures are communicated at the time of enrollment and may be revised with 30 days' notice.
Only authorized adults listed on your enrollment form may drop off or pick up your child. Sishu Daycare must be notified in advance if someone not on the list will be collecting your child. ID verification may be requested. Late pick-ups after 8:00 PM (Mon–Fri) or 5:00 PM (Sat) may incur additional charges.
Children displaying symptoms of illness (fever above 100°F, vomiting, loose motions, contagious conditions) should not attend until fully recovered. Up-to-date vaccination records must be submitted at enrollment. Sishu Daycare reserves the right to send a child home if they appear unwell. Medicines may be administered only with written parental consent.
Sishu Daycare may share photos or videos of activities for communication purposes with parental consent. Parents may opt out of this at any time by informing the center in writing. All communications from the center are shared via authorized channels only.
Sishu Daycare and Learning Center is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy applies to all personal information collected during enrollment and ongoing communication with our center.
We collect parent/guardian names, contact details, child's name, date of birth, health and vaccination records, emergency contact information and any special requirements disclosed during enrollment.
Your information is used solely for childcare operations — including daily updates, emergency contact, billing, regulatory compliance and safety documentation. We do not sell, trade or share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
All physical records are stored securely at our premises. Digital records are protected with access controls. Only authorized Sishu Daycare staff have access to your child's information.
