Programs
What is the Integrated Daycare program? +
Integrated Daycare is a dedicated creche for full and half day that covers all essential elements of early childhood — safety, care, nutrition and learning. It runs on a low capacity, high attention model with integrated age-appropriate daily learning. Milestones, updates, healthy meals and snacks are all part of the program. It is designed for children aged 6 months to 8 years.
What is Joy'Nest Playschool? +
Joy'Nest started online and has now been integrated into our regular daycare programs. It is based on parent surveys — what parents actually look for in a playschool for their child. It is not just a structured curriculum with kits; it upgrades with the natural learning abilities of children. Joy'Nest is designed for children aged 1.5 to 4 years.
What is the Corporate Daycare program? +
Corporate Daycare enables startups, SMEs and corporates to support their parental employees with curated childcare programs. Key features include subsidised rates, on-site options and GST billing. If your organisation is looking for a structured childcare benefit for employees, please contact us directly to discuss.
What is Hybrid Daycare? +
Hybrid Daycare is our star plan, designed for parents who work in a hybrid model or are looking for backup only for certain days of the month. It offers the flexibility to use Sishu Daycare — ideal for parents whose childcare needs vary week to week.
What is Emergency Daycare? +
Emergency Daycare is available for enrolled parents who need backup during unexpected situations — hospital emergency or checkup or urgent tasks. We understand that childcare emergencies happen and try our best to accommodate enrolled families when they need us most.
Which program is right for my child? +
The right program depends on your child's age, your work schedule and the kind of support you're looking for. We recommend calling or WhatsApping us at 093721 96337 — our team will understand your needs and guide you to the best fit without any pressure. You're also welcome to schedule a visit to the center before deciding.
Admission & Enrollment
How do I enroll my child? +
You can fill the enquiry form on our website or call us directly at 093721 96337. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours to discuss the right program, answer your questions and schedule a visit. We encourage a settling-in period for new children so they feel comfortable before starting full-time.
What age groups do you accept? +
We accept children from 6 months to 8 years of age across our programs. Joy'Nest Playschool is specifically designed for ages 1.5 to 4 years. Please refer to the Programs page for age-specific details.
Can we visit the center before enrolling? +
Absolutely. We welcome parents to visit and see the space, meet the team and ask any questions before making a decision. Please call or WhatsApp us to schedule a convenient time. For new enrollments, we also allow parents to stay during the initial settling-in days to help their child adjust comfortably.
Timings & Hours
What are your operating hours? +
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Saturday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Sunday: Closed. We are also closed on national public holidays. We communicate any unplanned closures to parents in advance via our parent group.
What if I'm running late for pick-up? +
Please call us as soon as you know you'll be late. Your child will be safe and cared for until you arrive. We understand emergencies happen — that is part of why we are here. Please inform us so we can plan accordingly.
Safety & Care
How do you ensure my child's safety? +
We maintain CCTV on the premises, a secure entry/exit system, trained staff and a strict visitor policy. For enrolled parents who would like to review footage, we provide access at the center on request. We also send regular updates and photos throughout the day so you always know how your child is doing. Our approach to safety is built around trained, attentive caregiving — not just cameras. We have had parents share that after enrolling, they found their child's daily life skills and happiness were far more meaningful indicators of safety and wellbeing.
Who is allowed to pick up my child? +
Only adults listed as authorised in your enrollment form. If someone different will collect your child on a particular day, please inform us in advance with their name. Our team will verify identity before releasing any child. This is non-negotiable and applies to everyone without exception.
What happens if my child is unwell at daycare? +
We will call you immediately. Your child will be kept comfortable until you arrive. We request parents to keep unwell children home until they recover, to protect the health of all children in the group.
How do you handle allergies or medical requirements? +
All allergies and medical conditions are documented at enrollment and shared with the relevant caregivers. We take this seriously and adjust meals and activities accordingly. Medication can be administered with written parental consent and a signed form — it will be documented in your child's daily record.
Meals & Nutrition
Is food provided or should I send a tiffin? +
We provide healthy, age-appropriate meals and snacks as part of the program. Parents are welcome to send specific items if their child has particular dietary needs or strong preferences. Please inform us of any restrictions at the time of enrollment.
What kind of food do you serve? +
Our meals are vegeterian, home-style, nutritious and age-appropriate. We focus on wholesome, balanced food suited to each developmental stage. You can request our standard menu when you visit or enroll.
Fees & Payment
How can I get fee details? +
Fees vary by program, age group and duration. We prefer to share the detailed fee structure during a personal conversation so we can recommend the most suitable plan for your family. Please call us at 093721 96337 or fill the enquiry form and our team will get back to you.
What payment modes do you accept? +
We accept UPI, bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS), cheques and cash. GST invoices are provided for all payments. Our GST number is 27AQOPD8734C1ZS.
Communication & Parents
How will I know how my child's day is going? +
We send regular updates, photos and milestone reports through our parent communication channel. At pick-up, our team gives you a handover of the day. You can also call us any time during operating hours for an update. We believe parents should feel informed and connected — not anxious.
My child has separation anxiety. How do you handle this? +
This is very common and completely normal. We follow a gentle settling-in approach — parents are welcome to stay for part of the initial days as needed. Our caregivers build trust through consistent routines and warm individual attention. For many children we have allowed parents to stay inside until they felt comfortable, and we send photos during the day for reassurance. Most children settle well within the first few weeks.
